These terms apply when you use shopridgemark.com or buy from RidgeMark, a retailer based in Springfield, Missouri. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products: RidgeMark sells brand-name overstock, closeout, and returned merchandise. Listings show a condition grade where one is assigned. Please review the condition and details before you buy. RidgeMark is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell unless we say so.

Prices and availability: Prices are in US dollars. Inventory changes constantly, and an item may sell out before your order is completed. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment: Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify and its payment processors. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may limit or cancel orders, for example to prevent fraud or resale, and we'll refund any payment for a cancelled order. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Shipping, pickup, and returns: Our shipping and refund policies form part of these terms.

Using this site: Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it, access it without permission, or copy its content for commercial use. The RidgeMark name, logo, and site content belong to RidgeMark. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability: Apart from the commitments in our shipping and refund policies and any rights you have by law that can't be excluded, the site and products are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, RidgeMark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted applies to orders placed after it is posted.
